If you wish to submit a photo of a donor or recipient loved one for the Garden of Heroes, be sure to upload a photo when you register. We kindly ask that this is completed no later than September 15.

• Date: October 5, 2025
• Location: Festival and Parking Plaza, Upper Muny, St. Louis, MO
• Purpose: To raise awareness about organ, tissue, and eye donation and to celebrate the gift of life.
• Community Focus: Bringing the St. Louis Transplant Community together.

We will honor donor families and living donors, celebrate new life with recipients, support those waiting for a life-saving transplant, and inspire others to say yes to donation.
