On PTSD Awareness Day, we gather for more than just a 5K — we gather to stand shoulder to shoulder with the heroes who have carried the weight of trauma, often in silence.

• Support: This event supports Healing Hometown Heroes' peer-to-peer mental health program.
• Resources: Directly funding resources and safe spaces for first responders and veterans to heal, together.

Whether you’re running in honor of a first responder who pulled you from wreckage, saved your loved one during a medical crisis, or a veteran who served with courage and sacrifice — your participation becomes an act of gratitude, healing, and solidarity.
