🎉 Swags 10K – A New Year’s Day Tradition

Kick off your year with community, movement, and generosity. The Swags 10K is now an annual New Year’s Day tradition in Louisville’s Iroquois Park. Join us on January 1, 2026 to log your first miles of the year with friends, family, and fellow runners.

🏃‍♂️ Registration Tiers

Choose the level that’s right for you:

• Race Entry: $10 – Entry into the 10K or 1 Mile Fun Run
• Shirt & Bracelet: $35 – Official 2026 Swags 10K Race Shirt and one-of-a-kind collaboration bracelet from Swags & The Kenyan Kids Foundation
• Add-On Option: $10 – Race Day Packet Pickup – Convenient on-site packet pickup on race day morning

💖 Why We Run

The Swags 10K isn’t just about logging miles — it’s about fueling generosity. Proceeds from the race benefit the Swag Hartel Generosity Initiative, our nonprofit foundation inspired by Swag Hartel’s lifelong commitment to running and community.

• Youth Access: The Initiative works to remove barriers for young athletes by providing quality running shoes and equipment.
• Community Support: We partner with local organizations to ensure access to running and wellness programs across our city.
• Global Impact: Through the Kenyan Kids Foundation, families in Kenya are empowered through education, nutrition, and sustainable farming.

📦 Packet Pick-up

• Date: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
• Location: Swags South (7415 3rd Street Rd. Louisville, KY 40214)
• Time: 10am - 3pm

🏁 Race Day Packet Pick-up

• Eligibility: Only for people who selected packet pick-up on race day during registration or register on day of event
• Time: 8:30am - 9:45am
• Location: Iroquois Park Amphitheater 5216 New Cut Rd. Louisville, KY 40214

🌟 Resolution Row

Kick off the New Year by connecting with the heart of our local running community! We’re inviting 10 local run clubs and community groups to set up along Resolution Row at the Swags 10K. Stop by to discover new groups, sign up for runs, grab giveaways, and meet fellow runners.
