We Run As One Race Details

Join us for the We Run As One event on May 30, 2026, located at 8514 OH-108, Wauseon, OH. Get ready for an amazing walk/run event brought to you by your own Fulton County Youth Advisory Council (YAC)!

Registration Information

• Extended Registration: Extended registration is open now through June 6th! Join us while there is still space left.
• Shirt Availability: After May 21st, shirts will only be available on a first come first serve basis.
• Free Race T-Shirt: REGISTER BY MAY 21ST TO RECEIVE A FREE RACE T-SHIRT!

Event Activities

• Timed and Untimed Options: In addition to the timed 5K and an untimed 1 mile walk/run (open to ages 5 and up).
• Community Engagement: We want to invite all community members to join us to participate in FREE family-friendly games and activities, as well as community resource tables.
• Connection Focus: We're bringing young people together with each other AND with adults who care about them.
• Mental Health Awareness: Mental health is a BIG DEAL for young people today, and we want everyone to know they’re not alone, and that help is out there!

Event Schedule and Rules

• Schedule: Pre-run activities begin at 1:00 PM - Packet pick up begins at 2:00 PM - Race will begin at 3:00 PM.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers for the 1 mile walk/run participants are welcome but should start towards the rear of the group.
• Pet Policy: Pets, with the exception of service animals, are not permitted at the event.
• Children's Policy: Children ages 5 through 10 must be physically accompanied by an adult during the event.

Safety Information

Please note that colored corn starch will be thrown during the walk/run event and it may irritate eyes, noses, and lungs. While it should not interfere with vision or breathing, we advise individuals with certain health conditions to consult their doctor before participating. To protect your vehicle, bring towels for the ride home and for eye and mouth protection, wearing goggles and a bandana is advised. For more information on color safety, see this safety data sheet.

Cancellation Policy

There is NO rain date and the event registration fee is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, start times may be delayed by up to 1 hour.
