Mount Helena Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Distance: A 9k (5.6 mile) trail race.
• Elevation: 1,300 feet of elevation gain/loss.
• Terrain: About 1.5 miles on roads, 4+ miles on single track.
• Experience: Burn out your lungs busting up Mount Helena and see if your quads have anything left for the charge back down to historic Last Chance Gulch in the heart of downtown Helena.

• City Views: Enjoy views of the City of Helena.
• Valley Views: Witness the beauty of Prickly Pear Valley.
• Mountain Views: Take in sights of the Elkhorn and Big Belt Mountains.

📅 Event Details

• Packet Pickup: From 9:00 am - 10:00 am before the race.
• Race Start: Begins at Birds & Beaselys on the Walking Mall.
• Registration: Register before September 1 for a reduced race fee!
• Anniversary: Join us for the 49th annual running of this Helena classic on September 20, 2025.
