PanCan Twilight 5k and Sunset Stroll

🌅 Race Date

• Date: Saturday, August 9th, 2025

📅 Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Starts at 6:30 PM at Hog Neck Golf Course
• Opening Ceremony: Starts at 7:30 PM
• Run Start: 8:00 PM

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Twilight Run: A new twist on an old favorite, this 5k run will be held at the Hog Neck Golf Course starting around sunset at 7:30 PM.
• Experience: The course will be illuminated by a full moon and lights, guiding you along the 3.1 mile journey.
• Course: Starts at the clubhouse, proceeds to the main entrance, and continues on the cart path.

🚶‍♀️ Sunset Stroll

• Walkers: A chance for non-competitive walkers to enjoy a short, approximately 1.5-mile walk on the course.
• Support: Walk in support of someone with pancreatic cancer or in memory of a loved one.

🎽 Participant Perks

• All Participants: Receive a race t-shirt, race bib with timing chip, and a PURPLE glow stick.
• Theme: We encourage everyone to wear purple to honor those affected by Pancreatic Cancer.

💜 Beneficiary

• Mid-Shore Pancreatic Cancer Foundation: This race benefits the foundation which provides hope and support for individuals fighting pancreatic cancer.
• Mission: Working toward a future where pancreatic cancer is treated as a chronic disease.
