One in 26 Challenge - 5K RUN & 1 MILE WALK - SYRACUSE

Overview

Did you know that one in 26 people in the United States will develop epilepsy during their lifetime? This fall, you can make a difference by raising awareness and supporting those living with epilepsy.

Join us!

• Event Features: The One in 26 Challenge in Syracuse, NY features a TIMED 5K RUN as well as an untimed 1 MILE WALK.
• Accessibility: The course is wheelchair accessible.
• Timing Notice: Note: The one mile event is NOT timed.

Event Schedule

8:00 am: Check-In & Registration, T-Shirt Pick Up
9:00 am: 5K and One Mile Walk/Run

Weather

We will host this event rain or shine, except in the presence of lightning which will cancel the event.

What to Bring?

This time of year can be tricky! We suggest dressing in layers in anticipation of cold mornings and warmer temperatures during the day. Sunblock and water are also recommended.
