Over the past few years we have had the pleasure to work closely with one of the best not-for-profit organizations in CNY, David's Refuge. This coming October 11th we are honored and privileged to offer the inaugural Run For Refuge 5K/10K event in Bridgeport, NY. Both the 5K and 10K courses are extremely flat with the 10K course offering beautiful scenic views of Oneida Lake.

- National Statistics: There are 16.8M parents of special needs children under 18 in the United States.
- Caregiver Wellness: 40%+ of caregivers live with significant depressive symptoms.
