Join us for a 5K fundraiser to support Orphan Resources International and their mission to care for and equip orphanages in Guatemala. Every step you take helps provide food, resources, and counseling to children who have endured hardship and abuse.

🤝 Our Mission

In 2002, Rod and Sarah traveled to Guatemala with the only thought of seeing their baby girl they planned to adopt. During their trip they visited several orphanages including the home where their daughter lived. They recognized there was a great need for a support network.

🌱 Growth of ORI

• Initial Steps: Feeling God’s calling to help, they developed Orphan Resources International on a small scale.
• First Teams: They took 2 teams to Guatemala the first year to help do work at the homes and supported 2 or 3 private orphanages with food and donations.
• Current Impact: ORI has grown to serve 50+ homes and take 10+ work teams a year.
• Counseling Services: After seeing the abuse many of these children endure, we started offering counseling and aim to expand this service to all supported homes.

❤️ Future Goals

Our goal is to continue to supply resources to the orphanages of Guatemala so they can continue operating in the mission that God has called them to do.
