Mission and Purpose

• Support: The Maury County Fair and the Knights of Columbus have supported special needs youth for over 16 years.
• 2025 Event: My Day at the Fair hosted over 1,200 special needs youth and their caregivers.
• Honoring: This event honors William “Will” Spiess, who believed everyone deserves a friend.
• Beneficiaries: Funds raised will support Kings Daughters School, Maury County Special Olympics, and Best Buddies of Tennessee.

Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, September 4th
• Time: 4 to 7 p.m.
• Location: St Catherine of Siena Church (3019 Cayce Lane, Columbia, TN 38401)
• Drive-Through: Convenient drive-through packet pick-up in the church parking lot.

Packet Pick-Up Tips

• Friend/Families: You may pick up packets for others, but know their date of birth.
• Pre-Race: Register and pick up before race day if possible.
• Volunteers: Ask a My Day 5K & 1-Mile Trot volunteer for assistance.
• On-Site Registration: Register at any packet pick-up time.

Schedule of Events

• 6:30 a.m. - Packet pick-up and in-person registration continues
• 7:30 a.m. - Packet pick-up and registration ends
• 7:45 a.m. - Participants make their way to the starting line
• 8:00 a.m. - 5K begins, followed by 1-Mile Trot at 9:00 a.m.

Awards

• Live Results: Check your time online by scanning the QR code.
• 5K Top Award Categories: Overall Male and Female, Masters, Super Grandmasters.
• 5K Age Divisions: Top three male and female participants in varied age groups receive medals.
• 1 Mile Trot Age Divisions: Top three male and female participants in selected age groups receive medals.

Give Away

• Registration Deadline: Register by August 25, 2026.
• Incentive: All participants receive a race t-shirt.
