📅 Date & Starting Time:

• Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025
• Registration: Race day registration will begin at 7:15 am
• 5K Start Time: 8:15 am
• Location: Bill Cockrell Park located at 4109 Pines Rd, Shreveport, LA 71119

📝 Registration:

• Fee Before May 30th: $25
• Fee on Race Day: $30 on May 31st

👕 T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up:

• Pick-Up Location: Sportspectrum
• Dates: May 29th from 12 pm-6 pm and May 30th from 10 am-5:30 pm
• On Race Day: Packets available at the race site beginning at 7:15 am
• Note: An original “Sneakers on the Ground” t-shirt will not be guaranteed to anyone who registers after May 30th.

🏆 Age Groups and Awards:

• Categories: 10-under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+
• Awards: Each age group winner will receive a prize
• Overall Prizes: Overall male & female winners will receive a prize

🎉 After-Party:

• Refreshments: Be sure to stay after the race for refreshments and awards!

⚠️ Special Note:

• Allowed: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand-pushed or pulled vehicle WILL BE ALLOWED on the course at a walk pace capacity only.
• Not Allowed: Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on the run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
