2026 Disneyland® Half Marathon Weekend presented by HONDA

Event Overview

In 2026, runDisney® is going to “Celebrate Happy” during the Disneyland® Half Marathon Weekend presented by HONDA, January 29–February 1. Happening amid the 70th anniversary of the Disneyland® Resort, this race weekend will be centered around some of the different ways to celebrate what delights us most.

• Highlights: Races hosted by beloved Disney characters

Race Details

So come enjoy miles of smiles during a 5K hosted by Joy from Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out. Join Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey in an imaginative 10K. Run together with a friend as part of an “it’s a small world®” attraction-themed half marathon. And, for the ultimate achievement, take on the Dumbo Double Dare challenge made up of both the 10K and the half marathon.

• 10K: Featuring Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey
• Half Marathon: “it’s a small world®” themed
• Dumbo Double Dare: Combination of both 10K and half marathon

Additional Activities

There are even Kids’ Races hosted by Stitch and morning yoga with Miss Piggy. As always, magic and one-of-a-kind medals are included.

Participant Information

Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day prior to their first event to pick up their race bib, participant shirt, and pre-purchased merchandise. The Expo takes place Thursday, January 29 – Saturday, January 31.
