The Spirit of Kona Triathlons & 5k/10k & Kid's Splash n Dash

🏊‍♂️ Race Overview

Have you always dreamed of Kona? Well, how about a mini version to start you off?

🚴‍♀️ Race Courses

• Swim: Storm the beach into your 800 Meter swim along the Tellico dam for an out over and back swim course. Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!
• Bike: Come out onto the beach and make your way to our transition area to hit out on the 16-mile rolling hill bike course. The Olympic course will take you a little further for an even more scenic (if that’s possible) 25 miles. The sights are beautiful!
• Run: Following the bike, you will head out on a run that takes you out and back along the dam to a finish to remember...You know at PBR it’s all about you.
• Additional Courses: There will also be a 5k/10k run only course! So bring your friends and put them to work running! Both of these courses are certified: 5k - TN21025MS, 10k - TN21026MS.
