Get ready for a skele-ton of fun, fitness, and frights at the third annual Monster Dash in Morningside-Lenox Park! On Saturday morning, October 25, join us for a 5k Halloween run/walk that will have you haunting the picturesque streets of this charming Atlanta neighborhood.

This event is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, families, and anyone who loves a ghoulishly fun time. Whether you prefer to run, walk or stroll, all ghosts and goblins are welcome for a morning of community, costumes, and healthy competition. And if you’re feeling feisty, be sure to bring your fastest broom - this is a chip-timed race! There will be a Kids Dash, too, for our younger runaway pumpkins.

Don't miss your chance to support the Morningside-Lenox Park Association (MLPA). Dress up in your favorite costume and show off your netherworld spirit. This is not your average 5k - it's a Halloween smash. So mark your calendar for the Morningside Monster Dash!

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Packet Pick-up: Available at Morningside Presbyterian Church (1411 N Morningside Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30306) on Thursday and Friday from 5:00pm-7:00pm
• Race Date: Saturday, October 25
• Race Time: 8:30am
• Race Location: Start/Finish at the Morningside Farmers Market @ Morningside Presbyterian Church

🏃 Who Can Participate

• Participants: Runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages are welcome.
• Timing: This is a chip-timed race.
• Other Guests: Strollers and well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome.
• Team Spirit: Create or join a group - teamwork makes the scream work!

🅿️ Parking Information

• Street Parking: Plenty of street parking (where permitted - no tricks!).
• Alternative Options: Better idea is to walk, bike or Uber to the event.

📝 Registration Information

• Pricing: $35/registration Thru July 31, 2025 (Three or more receive a 10% discount/registration).
• Early Registration: $40/registration Thru September 15, 2025.
• Upcoming Registration: $45/registration Thru October 22, 2025.
• Day of Race: $50/registration.
• Youth Registration: $25/registration for youth (kids 12 and under) participating in the 5K.
• Kids Dash: Kids 12 and under participating in the Kids Dash are free, but registration is required for everyone’s safety. $20 for a youth-sized spooktacular t-shirt (optional).
