Mental Health Awareness: May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to break the stigma surrounding mental health and emphasize the importance of well-being.
Mission: RTR recognizes the connection between mental health, recovery, and movement, hosting this event to raise funds and awareness for those in recovery.
Nonprofit Support: RTR provides a safe space for individuals affected by addiction, offering fitness classes, community involvement, and scholarships for career development.
Inspiration: This 5K aims to inspire individuals to prioritize their mental and physical well-being while supporting those on their journey to recovery.
👟 Participation Options
Sleep-In Option: Support the event from afar! Receive a shirt and finisher medal by mail, and complete the 5K at your convenience.
Honor System: No need to submit your time for the Sleep-In Option, as it's based on the honor system.
Registration: Shirts are cotton t-shirts available in all sizes, but they will change, so register soon!
Join Us: Be a part of the event and support mental health awareness!
🏆 Awards and Medals
Awards: Top 3 Overall Male/Female, Top 3 Masters Male/Female, and the top 3 Male & Female in various age groups.
Age Groups: Categories include 10 and under, 11-13, 16-19, and then 10 year groups up to 80+.
Finisher Medals: All participants who cross the finish line will receive finisher medals.

Free Parking: Ample free parking is available at the start of the event.
Directions: From Yamato Rd, follow the signs to T-Rex Ave at Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), the former IBM site.
Email Update: Look for an email with directions the day before the race.
