It is a 5k event that will help build new connections by bringing together people from different backgrounds and promoting a sense of unity

and support. Our faith-based mental health awareness 5K will have a positive impact on the quality of life of Elgin's residents by raising

• Awareness: Encourage conversations around mental health.
• Physical Activity: Promote healthy and active lifestyles.
• Connections: Foster relationships within the community.
• Resources: Provide access to educational materials.
