Get ready for a fall racing experience on the official home course of the Wichita State Shockers Cross Country team! Unlike a typical road race, this true cross country event takes you over grass, rolling hills, and open fields, challenging both your endurance and racing strategy.

💪 Test Your Fitness

Gauge your fitness and compete against fellow runners, clubs, and corporate teams in a fun yet competitive atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned racer or a weekend warrior, this race offers an exciting challenge for all levels.

🏆 Awards & Team Competitions - 5K

• Individual Awards: Top 3 finishers in each Men's and Women's age group, plus the top overall male and female winners.
• Team Challenge: Form a team of family members, friends, co-workers, or club members and race for the fastest team average time! (A maximum of 7 entrants is allowed per team, but the average time of the top 5 finishers counts.)
• Team Divisions: There are THREE team divisions: Male, Female, Co-ed / Mixed - Any combination of male and female athletes are allowed in this category. One of the scoring members must be a member of the opposite sex.

🥇 Awards - 1 Mile

• Awards will go out to the top 3 male and female finishers overall.
• All finishers of the 1 Mile Run will receive a finishers medal.
