Registration Information

• Closing Date: Registration will close on July 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
• Race Day: There will be no race day registration.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
• Location: Westerville North High School (950 County Line Rd, Westerville, OH 43081)
• Schedule: Open 2-Mile at 8:00 AM, Middle School 2-mile at 8:30 AM, Elementary 2-mile at 9:00 AM
• Race Format: All races will run with combined genders and finish inside the stadium.

Participation Guidelines

• Team Requirement: High schoolers and middle schoolers should create a team of 3 or join an existing team during the registration process.
• Team Scoring: Teams will be eligible for team scoring and a chance at winning random prizes.
• Apparel Prizes: Random apparel prizes will be given to 3 members of two different teams registered in the HS/MS races.

Registration Proceeds

• All registration proceeds will be used to support the Westerville North cross country and track programs.

Important Reminder

• Grade Level: If you are signing up for one of the elementary/middle/high school races, sign up to compete with the grade level you are going into this fall!
