• Registration Deadline: July 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
• Race Day Registration: There will be no race day registration.

Event Details

• Event Name: Arch City XC Festival.
• Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026.
• Location: Westerville North High School, 950 County Line Rd, Westerville, OH 43081.
• Race Schedule:
  • Open 2-Mile (Adults and High School Grades 9-12) at 8:00 AM.
  • Middle School 2-Mile at 8:30 AM.
  • Elementary 2-Mile at 9:00 AM.

Participation Information

• Combined Genders: All races will run with combined genders.
• Finish Line: All races finish inside the stadium, where spectators can watch from the stands.
• Team Participation: High Schoolers and Middle Schoolers can create a team of 3 or join an existing team to be eligible for team scoring.
• Prizes: Random apparel prizes will be given to 3 members of two different teams registered in the HS/MS races.

Proceeds Information

• Supporting Programs: All registration proceeds will help the Westerville North cross country and track programs.

• Registration Level: Sign up for the grade level you are going into this fall!
