23rd Annual Raider Challenge - CANCELLED FOR JUNE 14, 2025

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Raider Challenge is a 5K or 10K combination road/cross country race that begins and ends at Quincy Notre Dame High School located at 10th and Jackson Street in Quincy, IL. The races will take you through one or two of Quincy’s beautiful and historic river-bluff parks. Participants will enjoy the challenges presented by either course.

• Course Options: 5K and 10K
• Scenery: Rolling hills and park views
• 5K Walk: Available for a leisurely pace
• 10K Challenge: Long hills and bluff views of the Mississippi River Valley

📝 Registration Details

On-site Registration - You may register race morning from 5:45 AM to 6:45 AM in front of the school entrance.

Packet Pickup - Friday, 6/13/2025 from 3 P.M. - 6 P.M. at Quincy Notre Dame and on Race Day from 5:45 A.M. to 6:45 A.M.

🏆 Age Groups and Awards

Age group categories for 5K:

• Under 13: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 14-19: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 20-24: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 25-29: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 30-34: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• ... and so on through 70 and Over.

Age group categories for 10K:

• 19 and Under: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 20-29: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 30-39: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 40-49: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 50-59: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award
• 60 and Over: Top (2) male/female winners receive an award

📊 Race Results

Post-race results will be available on www.timingiseverything.com.

🍽️ Post-Race Snacks

Participants can walk up to the snack bar for free bottled water and snacks when they are done racing.

Safety is our top priority. Updates will be provided on our Facebook Page as needed.

🚫 Rules of the Road

For your safety, we cannot allow the following:

• Items Prohibited: Rollerblades, skates, skateboards, scooters, bikes, or walking sticks
• Strollers: Baby and jogging strollers are not allowed due to course terrain
• Pets: Strongly discouraged
• Headsets: Headsets/headphones are discouraged. We are not responsible for missed instructions or accidents due to use
