Participation

• Open to All Ages: Participants of any age can take part in this 5K run/walk.
• Refreshments: All registered participants will receive post-race refreshments.
• Post-Race Drawing: Participants will have an opportunity to win a prize in the post-race drawing.
• T-Shirt Availability: A t-shirt will be provided if supplies allow: pre-registered participants are guaranteed their chosen size.

Registration Details

• Pre-Registration: Highly encouraged to guarantee desired t-shirt size.
• Deadline: Pre-registration ends on June 29.
• Late Registration: Open until July 24 at 4:00 PM: race day registration is also available in person.
• Free Registration: Participants ages 10 and under register free by emailing Trumandays5K@gmail.com.

Logistics

• Starting Point: The race begins on the west side of Truman Bus Service (332 S. 4th Ave E).
• Parking: Participants should park in the high school parking lot at 401 E 1st St. S to pick up race packets or register.
• Transportation: Participants will be bussed to the start line between 7:30 and 7:45 AM.
• Finish Line: The finish line is located at the high school parking lot.

• Packet Pickup: Starts at 7:00 AM in the high school parking lot.

Weather Policy

• Inclement Weather: In case of unsafe weather conditions, efforts will be made to postpone the race.
• Cancellation Policy: If the race must be canceled due to weather, no refunds will be given as expenses will have already been incurred.
