👮‍♂️ Officer Jeremy Labonte

• Tragic Incident: Roswell Police Officer Jeremy Labonte was shot and killed in the line of duty on February 7th, 2025 while responding to a suspicious person reported at a shopping center.
• Heroic Actions: Officer Labonte quickly located the suspect, but was tragically shot multiple times.
• Service: He served with the Roswell Police Department for over three years.
• Survivors: Officer Labonte is survived by his wife, parents, two sisters, nephews, and grandparents.

🏃‍♂️ What is a Tunnel To Towers Run & Walk?

• Purpose: The series honors the sacrifices made by first responders, veterans, and their families, and remembers firefighter Stephen Siller.
• Foundation Goals: The Tunnel to Towers Foundation supports first responders and military personnel who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty.

• Event Focus: This will be the first year of the event in Roswell, honoring Officer Labonte's sacrifice.

🏅 How far is a Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk?

• Distance: The event is a 5K (3.1 miles) for walking or running.
• Accessibility: Anyone can participate in this event.

👕 Will there be participant shirts?

• T-shirts: Yes, all participants and volunteers will receive a T-shirt.
• Registration Deadline: Please register or notify us of your intent to volunteer by August 3rd, 2025.

🅿️ Is there parking available?

• Parking Location: There is limited parking at Riverfront Park.
• Additional Parking: More parking will be secured at other locations if necessary.

📦 Where can I pick up my packet?

• Packet Pickup: On Friday, August 22nd from 2pm to 8pm at Gate City Brewing Company - 43 Magnolia Street Roswell, GA 30075.
• Raceday Pickup: Available starting at 6:30AM on raceday at Riverside Park.

👤 Can someone else pick up my packet for me?

• Authorization: Yes, someone can pick it up on your behalf.

📝 Can I register the day of the run?

• Registration Time: Yes, registration opens at 6:30 am on the day of the run.
• Shirt Availability: If you register late, we may not have a shirt available for you.

⏰ When does online registration close?

• Online Registration: It remains open until the event, but expect a price increase for day-of registrations.

🏅 Do I have to wear my bib number?

• Bib Requirement: Yes, please display your bib on the front of your outermost garment.
• Course Policy: Those without a bib will be asked to leave the course.

🏃‍♀️ I am a fast runner. Can I get a front line position?

• Corral Placement: Runners predicting a pace faster than 6 minute/mile will be seeded in the front corral. Arrive early.

🏆 Will there be awards for running?

• Award Categories: Awards will be given to the top 3 first responders running in gear, top 3 men and women, youth, and teens.

💧 Will water be available?

• Water Stations: Yes, a water station will be available along the route.
• Finish Line Water: Water will also be available at the start/finish line.

🎒 What can you bring to the event?

• Permitted Items: Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. Firefighter turnout gear and military backpacks are also allowed.
• Personal Items: Please leave all personal items and valuables in your vehicle and store them securely at your own risk.

🤝 How can I volunteer?

• Getting Involved: Email us at nationalrwcseries@t2t.org and we will reply within 24 hours.
• Volunteer Needs: Volunteers are always needed for the day of festivities.
