Plainfield Harvest Run 5k/10k & Kids Miler

🍂 Join Us for the Harvest Run

• Event Details: Come out and join us for our 27th Annual Harvest 5k-10k run/walk & Kids Miler. As the oldest race in Plainfield, this event has averaged around 800 to 900 people each year and has been put on by the Plainfield Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce.
• Vendor Participation: Prior to the race, be sure to visit our vendors and sponsors who will be throughout the park.

💰 Community Contributions

• Proceeds: Proceeds from the race each year are donated back out in the Plainfield and surrounding communities to non-profits and other organizations.
• Total Donations: In the history of the race, the chamber has been able to donate over $400,000.00 back to the community.
• Annual Luncheon: Each year a Give Back Luncheon takes place in November where this happens.
• Thank You: Thank you for being a part of something great!

• Participation: This is a great family event, whether you are supporting a runner, being a sponsor, or running/walking.
• Hope to See You: We hope to see you there!

🕒 Race Times

• Kids Miler: 8:30AM
• 5k & 10K: 9:15AM (Please note: Participants who want to compete in the 10k must complete it in 1 hour 15 minutes)

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Location: DNA Active Lifestyle Outfitters, 24210 Lockport Street, Plainfield
• Schedule:
  • Friday, September 26th - 10:00AM - 7:00PM
  • Saturday, September 27th - 10:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Sunday at Race Registration at Race Grounds

🎉 Post Race Party

• Join Us: Please join us after the race at Sovereign located in downtown Plainfield (24216 Lockport Street, Plainfield, IL 60544) for our post-race party.
• Refreshments: Participants will receive a free beverage and food item until supplies last.
• Celebrate: Come and celebrate your success with your family and friends.
