Race Overview

• Event: Come run the best Cross Country races in Upstate NY for Open and Master’s runners.
• Competition: Individual and Club members compete for individual age group prizes and team awards.
• Series Points: Members of Upstate NY Clubs compete for Series points, awards, and bragging rights.
• Championship Day: Sunday, November 9th.

Participation

• Experience Level: These races are for the most experienced runners as well as beginners to the sport of Cross Country running.
• Fun for All: It’s fun for all and anyone may participate.
• Milestone Year: The PGXC series is now in its 35th year with five races hosted by local clubs in locations throughout Western NY.

PGXC Series Awards

• Overall Winners: M/W - $100 Wegman’s gift card.
• Age Group Winners: In 10 year increments - $50 Wegman’s gift card.
• Top 10: In every age group will receive Wagner Vineyards Riesling.
• Team Awards: Top 3 teams in each age group will receive awards.

Registration

• Pre-registration: All runners are strongly encouraged to pre-register online.
