2025 Wolfpack Summer Training Series

🏃‍♂️ About the Event

This is a series of Saturday training events focusing on four of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (running and laser pistol shooting), fencing, and ninja warrior training.

⏰ Schedule

• Fencing Training: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.: Los Gatos, CA 95032):
• Laser-Run Training: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Bay Area Fencing Club:
• Ninja Training: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Black Urban Barn (148 E Virginia St #2, San Jose, CA 95112).

🤸‍♀️ Ninja Warrior Coaching

The ninja warrior trainings are coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.

🚫 Swimming Training

Swimming training will not be provided in the Summer training series.
