Rachel and Friends 5k

🏃‍♀️ About Rachel & Friends

• Organization: Rachel & Friends is a non-profit organization that works with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Community Engagement: In addition to day programming, we work with individuals in the community that also have developmental challenges.
• Race Purpose: The purpose of this race is to empower the community to see the amazing individuals around us with Down Syndrome, Autism, or other challenges and embrace the beauty in all of us.

📅 Registration Information

• Online Registration Deadline: The deadline to receive a shirt at the 5k is October 5, 2025.
• Late Registration: Those who register online or in person after this deadline may not receive a shirt at the 5k.
• In-Person Registration: Will be available on the day of the event starting at 8:00am.

🎽 Packet Pickup

• Date: Packet Pickup will occur on October 17, 2025.
• Time: Pickup will be from 3pm to 7pm.
• Location: 1700 Lyons Road, Suite A2—A New You Total Wellness.

🏆 Awards

• Awards by Age Category: Awards will be handed out per age category at the end of the race.
• Overall Winners: A $100 gift card will be handed out to the overall male and female runners.
• Additional Awards: Awards for the Top Male/Female per age group (0-11, 12-18, 19-39, 40-59, 60 and up).
