🧘‍♀️ Pre-Race Stretch Session:

Join us 30 minutes before the race for a guided group stretch to get warmed up and ready to run. Thank you for being part of the Trail run experience! We’re so excited to see you at the start line! Let’s make this a race to remember!

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION RUNNING WITH YOUR DOG:

All dogs running in canicross are required to wear designated canicross gear. Harnesses that have “Y” chest bands and do not restrict the dogs movement, bungee lead 4' - 6’ ft attached to a hands-free waist belt must be worn for those running in the canicross class. Only one dog can be run at a time, unless in the 2-Dog Canicross Class or Dog Friendly 5k Class.

2- Dog Canicross Class Gear Requirements: IFSS rules for 2-dog class require single split bungee line with neckline. Though we are not sanctioned by IFSS we will be following the international standard for a 2-dog class.

Dog Friendly 5k requirements will be less restrictive however face leads, flexi leashes and no-pull harnesses will not be allowed. Limit 2 Dogs at time.

10k Race is 2 laps.
