🕊️ Race Overview

Two sisters with one vision. Our intention for the Peace of Mind 5k run/walk is to spread awareness and raise funds to support programs that help individuals overcome everyday mental health challenges. We believe, when one mind is peaceful and free, we all thrive as a community. Individuals can shine, inspire, and thrive! When we don’t have the tools to foster a healthy mindset through difficult obstacles and challenges: social, emotional and mental challenges can develop and negatively impact our daily lives. The onset of prolonged mental and emotional distress, anxiety and depression can occur and be debilitating. There are forty million individuals in the US diagnosed with anxiety alone. Peace of Mind run is addressing these concerns by decreasing the negative stigma surrounding mental health by spreading positive awareness and by raising funds for scholarship opportunities for adults whose challenges have resulted in debilitating behaviors. Shining light, awareness and promoting comfortability around these topics by focusing on Preventive Care and Treatment is our focus with our Peace of Mind scholarship fund:

💰 Scholarship Fund

• Purpose: A scholarship fund will provide funding for qualified individuals who require financial assistance to access a variety of effective mental health services. Referrals for scholarships and applications are always welcomed.

📋 Registration Information

• Mail-in Registration: To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form! Please make checks payable to StartLine Racing. Mail-in registrations will be accepted until April 20, 2026.
• Virtual Participation: Can't make it to this year's event but still want to participate? We are excited to announce our Peace of Mind Virtual Race. A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like.
• Packet Mailing: All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt. Your virtual packet will be mailed out the week following the event.
• Eligibility: Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. If you reside outside of the US and wish to participate please contact StartLine Racing at info@startlineracing.com.

🗓️ Race Day Information

• Check In: Race Day Check In will be available beginning at 6:30am at Kiwanis Park (race location).
• Registration Payment: We accept cash or credit card on race day (Checks are no longer accepted). Cost of registration on race day will be $45 for the 5K.
• Accessibility: We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons. No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.
• Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds for due to weather.

📦 Packet Pick-up Opportunities

• Pick-up Date: Packet Pick-up is available on Friday, April 24th from 3-6pm at Sole Sports - Tempe, located at 1006 E Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85284.
• Race Day Pickup: You can also pickup your packet starting at 6:30am on race day.
