Arizona runners don't stop running as the temperatures rise - we just get started a little earlier!
Join us as we continue the 13th Annual Arizona Sunrise Series with our fourth leg at Freestone Park!
This event features a 5K distance and is limited to 700 participants.

Arizona Sunrise Series Events
- Whole Series: Save by registering for all 7 total events.
- Prizes: This is a StartLine Racing Series which means big prizes!
- Points System: Earn points for every event completed, with extra points awarded based on age group and overall finish.
- Prize Drawing: Top 100 point earners and participants completing at least 4 events will be entered into a prize drawing.
Virtual Run Registration
Of course we want you to participate in the Arizona Sunrise Series locally but we understand things come up. So, if you can't join us at Freestone Park and still want to run, get the medal and a shirt then you still can! Here is your chance to take part in this event no matter where you are! And of course, all prices include shipping! Please note that all items will ship following the event on June 27th. Because this is part of a series you will receive the main medal plus the attachment for this event only. You will not receive all 7 attachments. If you wish to register for the Virtual Series please visit us here. Prior to the event all virtual participants will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your time.

What You Get!
- Medal: Custom Series Medal.
- Swag: Custom Event Swag - Your choice of a Dri-Fit Racerback Tank Top, Sleeveless Shirt or Short Sleeve Shirt.
- Refreshments: Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc).
- Awards: Male and Female Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups.
Race Day Information
- Registration: Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 5:30am at Freestone Park (map).
- Fees: Cost of registration on race day will be $50.
- Accessibility: Wheelchairs, strollers & wagons are welcome.
- Weather: We run rain or shine. There are no refunds or transfers due to weather.
Event Schedule
- Packet Pickup: Fri, June 26, 2026, 3:00 PM - Packet Pickup at Road Runner Sports.
- Registration Opens: Sat, June 27, 2026, 5:30 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up and Registration Opens.
- Open Start Line: Begins at 5:30 AM and ends at 6:15 AM.
- Mass Start: Sat, June 27, 2026, 6:30 AM - Mass Race Starts.
