The George Mason University Thriving Together 5K/1K event focuses on fostering community rather than competition, welcoming everyone from enthusiastic runners to casual walkers! In addition to promoting community spirit, we are raising funds to support our outstanding George Mason students and the Mental Health and Well-Being Fund. 📅 Event Details

• Date: 2025-10-18
• Location: 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, VA
• In-Person: This in-person event will take place on the George Mason University campus.
• Prizes: Gift cards awarded to top three male and female 5k finishers: medals for age group winners.

📝 Registration Information

Registration will be available until 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event. Please note that we cannot accept cash. Both in-person and virtual participation options are available!

• Student Discount: Mason students receive a $15 discount.
• Pricing: General registration option costs $35.
• Verification: Provide information about your student status: discount applied at checkout.
• NetID: Enter your NetID to claim the discount.

Please be aware that there are NO refunds for registration fees. This is a non-profit event, and ALL proceeds support our student body's mental health and well-being initiatives.
