📅 Race Day Details

• Date and Time: Join us at 9:00 AM on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 for this 4th annual 5K/10K race!
• Location: The start line and finish line will be located inside Baylands (999 E Caribbean Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94089).
• Check-In: Please arrive around 8:30 AM for check-in. We recommend arriving earlier to ensure parking.
• Parking: It costs $6 to park inside the park.

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

• Activities: There will be amazing music, raffles, awards, SMILES, and maybe even your favorite running influencers!
• Medals and Swag: If you purchased a deluxe deal, you can pick up your medal and your swag bag after your race.
• Start Times: The 5K and 10K will start roughly 15 minutes after check-in.
• Confirmation: Confirmation of details will be sent out the night before race day.

SMILE is a group of high school student-athletes looking to use their love of running to put a smile on as many faces as possible. Standing for, Supporting Malnourished Individuals Looking for Equity, we believe that by bringing a community together, there is no issue that can’t be solved. We strive to gather our community for our charitable 5K/10K race and raise money for one of the most prevalent problems in society today: hunger and food insecurity. By providing racers with the chance to set new personal records, or just enjoy a morning run with friends and family, and raising money to support less fortunate people in the process, we hope our event leaves everyone with a big smile.

💰 Special Deals

• Family Discount: If you are a family of 3 or more, each registrant can get a $5 discount on any package.
• Team Discount: If you are a team of 10 or more, each registrant can get a $10 discount on any package.
• Fundraising Reward: If you start a Fundraiser and raise more than $100, your registration fee will be waived!
• Referral Bonus: If you make 5 referrals, you are eligible for a $20 registration refund!

Note: Unfortunately, as a charity organization, we are currently unable to waive the RunSignup fee. Sorry for the inconvenience.
