🏃‍♂️ NCMC Turkey Trot Overview

The NCMC Turkey trot is brought to you by the Weld Legacy Foundation and the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado. The race is open to participants of all ages and abilities and includes a 5K race on a scenic, USATF-certified 5K course and a 2K Gobler Trek fun run.

❤️ Benefit Details

The CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado is committed to making a difference in the lives of those with heart and pulmonary disease. Proceeds from the event will benefit:

• Programs Supported: Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs.
• Financial Assistance: Assistance to patients who otherwise would not be able to participate in the rehabilitation program.

🦃 Thanksgiving Tradition

The Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day Tradition for many families and one of the largest events in Northern Colorado. It’s the perfect way to:

• Family Activity: Spend time with family and friends.
• Health Awareness: Promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health awareness.
• Pre-Holiday Exercise: Work off those pre-holiday treats!
