- Registration: Must be complete by Saturday, October 24th at 8 PM. No same day registration.
Race Format
- Event Types: Timed fun run and untimed 2 mile walk
- Purpose: Hosted by the Creative Dance Center to support this year’s 44th annual Christmas show, Santa’s Workshop.
- Proceeds: All proceeds will help cover production costs, with every dollar of the show’s profits going directly to the East Hampton Food Bank.
- Timing: Professional timing by Time to Tri Race timing.
Additional Information
- Bib Pickup: Begins at 8:00 AM: walkers do not need a bib but should check in upon arrival.
- Parking: Available at Haddam Neck Fairgrounds.
- Course: Starts and ends at the Haddam Neck Fairgrounds with relatively flat country roads, including two moderate inclines and one steep decline.
- Strollers: Welcome: however, no dogs please.
Entry Fee
- Adults (ages 16+): $25 until October 24 at 8 PM (plus processing fee)
- Children (ages 15 and under): $20 until October 24 at 8 PM (plus processing fee)
Awards
- Participation Medallion: First 100 registrants will receive a medallion.
- Runners: 1st place award for Male and Female Ages 16+.
- Runners: 1st place award for Male and Female Ages 15 & under.
Costume Contest
Prizes awarded for best costume!
