The KING of Eagle Mountain Trail Challenge

🏞️ Race Overview

NEW for 2025, we finally figured out we don't have to run with 100 plus temps, this year's challenge is set for Sunday October 12th. Find out how many loops of the hilliest part of Eagle Mountain Park trails you can conquer! A 3.3 mile loop, up and down for 2 hours, 4 hours or 6 hours. Who will be this year's Kings of Eagle Mountain?

🎁 Participant Perks

• Socks: Each participant will receive a fresh pair of Darn Tough trail socks.
• T-Shirt: A commemorative t-shirt will be provided.
• Brat Fest: Enjoy post-run Brat fest.

🐐 Event Details

• Timing: Entries are limited to the first 90 billy goats to sign up.
• Start Times: 6 hour division starts at 7am, 4 hour at 9am and 2 hour at 11am.
• Relay Teams: Relay teams may be composed of 2-6 runners, each member must sign up and Team captains will finalize their team during packet pick up.
• Awards: One King of Eagle Mountain award for each division, challenging fun for everyone!

📅 Packet Pickup

Packet pick up available at Bear Creek Running Co, Friday Oct 10 & Sat Oct 11 from 10 am-6pm, RACE DAY you may pick up your packets from sunrise thru your event start time (7:30ish till 11am).

💧 Event Format

This is a duration event and not a timed event, each lap you will get your bib punched and a pat on the back. Water and nutrition available at the check in station for each loop. fyi Park opens at sunrise, typical sunrise on Oct 12 is 7:30 AM.
