🏃‍♂️ The 38th Annual Salmon Run

Join us for the 38th annual Salmon Run which returns to Bend, Oregon on April 18, 2026.

📏 Race Distances

• HALF MARATHON: 13.1 miles
• 10K: A challenging 6.2 miles
• 5K: A fun and engaging 3.1 miles
• Little Fry Run: A special event for kids

🌲 Course Description

The Salmon Run course takes runners along the beautiful and picturesque Deschutes River. The course details are as follows:

• Half Marathon: 75% paved sidewalks and 25% trail
• 10K: 80% paved sidewalks and 20% trail
• 5K: 65% paved sidewalks and 35% trail
• Markers: All courses will be marked with a combination of mile markers and directional arrows.

🎉 Finish Line Festivities

Enjoy a post-race party with delicious food and beverages (beer!) and music. Additional highlights include:

• Gift Bags: Special treats for participants
• Awards: For the top three male and female finishers in both open and master’s categories
• Ribbons: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place ribbons for top age-group finishers
• Fun Atmosphere: Celebrate your accomplishment!

🚗 Parking Information

There is limited parking at Riverbend Park on race day. Important details include:

• Carpooling: Highly recommended to ease parking
• Parking Attendants: Will direct you as you arrive
• Additional Parking: Available on City streets
