🦃 24th Annual Loveland Turkey Trot

Grab your running shoes (and your turkey hats!) — the 24th Annual Loveland Turkey Trot is back! Voted the #1 Charity Walk/Run by NOCO Style in 2024, this beloved Thanksgiving tradition is hosted by McKee Wellness Foundation.

The fun kicks off at 8:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning at Banner McKee Medical Center (2000 N Boise Ave, Loveland, CO). The stroller- and dog-friendly 5K winds through the beautiful Boyd State Park trail, making it the perfect way to start your holiday with fresh air, laughter, and community spirit.

Every step you take makes a difference! In 2025, all proceeds benefit BridgeWell Foundation of Northern Colorado (formerly McKee Wellness Foundation) programs that support cancer patients, veterans, crisis health and dental care, and access to essential health and wellness serving our neighbors in need in Weld and Lamirer counties in Northern Colorado.

Important Note: For safety and insurance purposes, all participants (runners, walkers, strollers, wagons, and pups) must be registered and wearing a bib.

Make race day smooth and stress-free by grabbing your packet early!

• Saturday, November 22: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at McKee Wellness Foundation Office - 800 W Eisenhower Blvd, Loveland, CO 80538 (2nd floor of ANB Bank)
• Wednesday, November 26: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at McKee Wellness Foundation Office - 800 W Eisenhower Blvd, Loveland, CO 80538 (2nd floor of ANB Bank)
• Race Day – Thursday, November 27: 7:00 am – 8:15 am Onsite in Race Village near the finish line in the parking lot of Banner McKee Medical Center - 2000 N Boise Ave, Loveland, CO 80538
• Group Pickup: If you’ll be collecting packets for five or more trotters, let us know in advance and we’ll have everything ready for you!

Lace up your running shoes and get ready to strut your stuff — the family-friendly Loveland Turkey Trot 5K is one festive flight you won’t want to miss!

The fun kicks off at Banner McKee Medical Center, where the flock takes off down Boise Avenue before cruising along the scenic Boyd Lake State Park Trail. With sparkling lake views and plenty of room for runners, walkers, strollers, and four-legged friends, it’s the perfect course for the whole flock.

Then wind through the peaceful neighborhood back toward Banner McKee, finishing strong along the inspiring Wellness Walk on the backside of the hospital — the perfect spot to flap your wings, cross the line, and celebrate with your flock.
