❤️ About the Walk
- Tradition: Several years ago, Bridget started walking from Townsends Inlet to Hereford Inlet (approx 10 miles) as an end of summer tradition.
- Family Bond: Through the years, other family members and good friends joined the walk.
- Support: Every year our Dad was at the finish line quietly cheering us on - plus he was our ride home!
- Honoring Dad: This year we walk in honor of our Dad, Dennis J. McNichol, III.
🎗️ Purpose of the Walk
- Impact: We invite our many friends and family to join us this year as we celebrate DIII and raise funds for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute.
- Quote: Our Dad said, "I have brain cancer and am older...those little kids have a bigger fight and deserve every chance."
- Donation Opportunity: We invite you to walk with us or donate to support the walkers.
- Research Benefits: All funds raised will directly benefit the Resnick and Storm laboratory at CHOP.
🏖️ Post-Walk Gathering
- Participation: All participation is welcome! Join us for the entire trek, part of the walk, or for the 11:30 am post-walk social.
- Location: We will gather at the Windrift.
- Celebration: We will toast, reminisce, laugh, and likely cry...
- Gratitude: With love and gratitude, the McNichol Family.
