Back for 2026, the Cary Main Street Fest 5k will kick off the final day of festivities with a run/walk/stroll around the streets of Cary.

Advance registration is preferred but limited on-site registration will be available. Race day registration closes at 8:30am.
- T-shirts: Limited to the first 100 participants.

The race is presented by the Trojan Track Field & Cross Country Association (TTCCA), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting youth running as a lifelong activity, fostering wellness and healthy lifestyles throughout our communities.
