You’ve conquered the 5K – now it’s time to go Beyond the 5K! This program is designed to help you safely and confidently train for your next milestone: the 10K. With expert coaching, supportive teammates, and a training plan to help you reach your goal, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Join us as we train together, celebrate milestones, and cross that 10K finish line!
The Paramus Run 10K Beginner Training Program is a fun, supportive, 8-week program geared towards runners looking to grow beyond the 5K distance. Prior to joining this program, you should be comfortable running a 5K (3 miles). We will meet in-person on Saturdays as we build our miles together and you'll be provided weekly running assignments to prepare you to complete a 10K running event.
A professional RRCA certified running coach will provide guidance, motivation, tips, and a training schedule to allow you to grow to the 10K distance. Volunteers will join the group on training runs to offer encouragement and share their experiences.
North Jersey Masters Members will receive a $10 discount upon checkout.
Our goal race is The PARAMUS RUN ON October 19th. We will celebrate together at the start and finish line with your NJM teammates!
