Join us on Saturday, October 11th for the Fifth Annual Martin County NAACP 5k/10k Run/Walk.

• Location: 724 SE 10th Street, Stuart, FL
• Registration Fee: All registration fees will support the work of the Martin County NAACP.
• Mission: To secure political, educational, social, and economic equality and rights of all persons.
• Community Impact: Elimination of racial hatred and discrimination.

Bring the whole family out this year! Children 10 and Under run FREE! Children 11 to 17 run for $20!

🌟 2025 Programs

A portion of proceeds from this event will support the inaugural effort for the NAACP of Martin County to participate in the national ACT-SO Achievement Program!

• Program Overview: Aimed at high school students to sharpen their skills.
• Categories: Includes visual arts, business, performing, and culinary arts.
• Community Involvement: Participants work with community-based volunteers.
• Competition: Students compete for scholarships at local and national events.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

The race will begin and end at the Russell Holloway Jr Track, located behind the Community Center on East 10th Street. The race begins promptly at 7:00am. This will be a great run with friends and family for runners of all skill levels.

• Medals: Awesome medals for finishers.
• Souvenir T-Shirt: Provided for participants.
• Age Group Awards: Prizes for the best performers.

📦 Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick Up will be:

• Thursday, October 9: At the Fleet Feet Stuart store, from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
• Friday, October 10: At the 10th Street Community Center, from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM.
• Race-Day: Packet Pickup from 6:00 AM until 6:50 AM.
• Registration: Register in person at Packet Pick Up or on race day.

💧 Hydration Information

There will be two water stops along the course:

• Start/Finish Line: Water will be available.
• Midway Point: Another water stop for participants.

In accordance with the City of Stuart's single-use plastic ban, we will not be providing bottled water at the event. We strongly encourage you to bring your own nutrition and hydration. Please note: no bottled water will be handed out at the event.
