17th Annual Sevathon 2025 | 5K Walk/Run, 10K Walk/Run, Tiny Trots 1K, Virtual Runs & Yoga

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

From the Sanskrit word ‘Seva’ meaning service, Sevathon was born as an India Community Center initiative. It is a platform designed to bring Non Profit Organizations and participants together. When participants register for an activity at Sevathon and select the NPO they want to support during their registration process, they help the NPO fundraise for their cause.

• Purpose: Bringing communities together for charitable causes.
• Participants: Walkers, runners, yoga and dance enthusiasts.
• Experience: A thrilling opportunity to engage in community service.
• Celebrate: Fundraise and join the fun at this incredible event!

• Event: 17th Annual ICC Sevathon 2025
• Date: Sunday, September 28, 2025
• Time: 7:00 AM onward
• Location: Baylands Park, Sunnyvale, California

⏰ Timeline

• 7:00 AM: Warm Up for 10K
• 7:15 AM: 10K Walk/Run Begins
• 7:30 AM: 5K Walk/Run Begins
• 8:00 AM: Tiny Trots 1K walk

🎖️ Awards and Medals

There are overall winner medals in each race for Men and Women. Additionally, there are age group winner medals. Timing mats will be placed at the turn-around points of all the races. Make sure to cross them for your timing accuracy and be counted for awards.

🌐 Virtual Runs

• Participation: Sign up for the 10K or 5K Virtual Run if unable to join in person.
• Duration: Runners will have five (5) days to complete the Virtual Run.
• Tracking: Track your distance and time via a run-tracking app.
• Submission: Email proof of submission to SevathonPM@indiacc.org by September 29th, 2025.
