🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• What: The Pink Cupcake Walk Presented by Audi Charlotte is back again this year in Uptown!
• Support: You'll be supporting our partner Go Jen Go, a non-profit that provides financial assistance to families in the greater Charlotte area who are facing the financial burden of breast cancer.
• Community: No matter what local breast cancer charities you like to support, we invite everyone to join in a unique celebration to lift up local Survivors, Thrivers, and Fighters.

🕘 Event Schedule

• Start Time: The Pink Cupcake Walk starts at 9:00am with gates to the field opening at 8:00am.
• Activities: Participants will receive the 2025 Pink Cupcake #TeamMolly baseball jersey, four mini cupcakes, and emails from Molly Grantham with updates on remarkable breast cancer Survivors, Thrivers, and Fighters in our community.
• Social Teams: All registered participants are automatically on #TeamMolly. We invite you and your friends to form a social team if you'd like to also have your own group!
• Post Event: Stick around after the walk for music, food from Mecklenburgers, Sully's Steamers, and more!

🧁 Participating Bakeries

• Mini Cupcakes: Enjoy delicious mini cupcakes provided by Kupkake Kouture, Dream Cupcakes, Sunshine's Southern Kitchen, and Dariela's Sweet Taste.

💖 Community Impact

• Donation Information: A portion of your registration goes to Go Jen Go, and additional donations provide critical financial support to local breast cancer patients.
• 100% Donations: 100% of donations go to Go Jen Go.

🚸 Strollers & Dogs

• Strollers: You may bring a stroller, but you will need to use the elevator to get down to the field, which may have a wait.
• Pets Policy: We love dogs but cannot have pets at the event nor on the field for the walk. Please plan to leave your furry friends at home.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Early Jersey & Walker Bib Pick Up Options at Charlotte Knights Baseball Field, Plaza Sidewalk, 324 S. Mint Street, Charlotte on Thursday, Oct. 2nd from 11:00am-7:00pm and Friday, Oct. 3rd from 11:00am-7:00pm.
• Event Day Pickup: Jerseys & Walker Bibs can also be picked up the morning of the event starting at 8:00am.
• Group Pickup: You CAN pick up for friends and family. If you are picking up 10 or more, please contact us for assistance.

🚗 Parking & Transportation

• Parking Options: There is parking within a block of the event site in the Duke Energy Garage and the Marriott Residence Inn. You can also find parking on this link.
• Alternative Transportation: We encourage participants to take an Uber/ Lyft, light-rail, or carpool to help with parking!

💧 Water Policy

• Water Bottles: You ARE permitted to bring in a pre-filled, reusable water bottle for the walk.

💰 Donations & Fundraising

• New Fundraising: You can raise funds for Go Jen Go by encouraging friends and family to donate directly to the Go Jen Go Foundation.
• Prizes: Prizes include a $50 drink coin, a $100 Go Jen Go ribbon magnet, and more up to a $1000 Go Jen Go zipper hoodie.
