2025 - Stroll on State Dasher Dash 5K

🎄 Event Overview

Stroll on State - Dasher Dash 5K is a holiday themed Run/Walk in beautiful downtown Rockford IL. The course will start and finish near Beattie Park (near 100 Park Avenue, Rockford IL) and will run across the beautiful Rock River, down decorated East State Street - all holiday themed for the season.

The Dasher Dash 5K is part of the festivities of Stroll on State www.gorockford.com/stroll-on-state which includes the race, Stroll on State parade, live music, tree lighting, and other events.

🚫 Event Guidelines

• No Inline Skates: Please refrain from using inline skates during the event.
• No Dogs Please: We kindly ask that you do not bring dogs to the event.
• Family Friendly: It's a family event - strollers are ok if starting near the rear.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Male & Female: Awards will be given to the top overall male and female participants.
• Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards will be given in various age categories, including:
• Age Categories: 0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
• Timing: Timing provided by Tri-3 Sports Timing.
