Race Overview

Stroll on State - Dasher Dash 5K is a holiday themed Run/Walk in beautiful downtown Rockford IL. The course will start and finish near Beattie Park (near 100 Park Avenue, Rockford IL) and will run across the beautiful Rock River, down decorated East State Street - all holiday themed for the season.

Participation Guidelines

• No inline skates: Please refrain from using inline skates during the race.
• No dogs please: For the safety and comfort of all participants, dogs are not allowed.
• Family Friendly: It's a family event - strollers are ok if starting near the rear.

Awards

• Overall: Awards for Male & Female overall winners.
• Age Groups: Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the following categories: 0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
• Timing: Timing provided by Tri-3 Sports Timing.
