Event Overview
The 14th annual Boxer Brief 5K Run/Walk brings together colorectal cancer survivors, patients, family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues to energize efforts to prevent and defeat our country's number one cancer killer in men under age 50 and the nation's second cancer killer in men and women combined. Colorectal cancer is a preventable and beatable. The proceeds support the work of Hitting Cancer Below the Belt to continue their screening and educational services.

Virtual Challenge
- Global Option: There is a GLOBAL, untimed, Virtual Challenge option for those living outside of Richmond, Virginia or for those interested in an entire weekend challenge.
- Activities: Accumulate miles through various activities: Walk, Run, Ride, Swim, Paddle, or even Dink!
- Weekend: Collect miles throughout the weekend of June 6th - June 7th!

Children's Events
- Diaper Dash: The competition for our littlest athletes under the age of one will occur prior to the 5K start.
- Toddler Trot: Toddlers ages one and two will race 20 yards on the professional soccer field, with no charge but donations welcomed.
- Caped Colon Crusader Sprint: Children under age six can dress up and sprint towards the finish line with no charge, donations appreciated.
- Start Times: Diaper Dash at 8:00 AM, Toddler Trot immediately after, Caped Colon Crusader at 7:45 AM.
Awards and Incentives
- Prizes: Awards will be given for fastest man and woman, top age group finishers, and fastest duos.
- Team Awards: Best Team Costume, Largest Social Team, Largest Corporate Team, and Top Fundraising Team.
- Referral Bonus: Participants who bring FIVE or more additional participants receive a $20 refund.
- Sharing Code: Locate your special URL code on your registration confirmation email.
