🦃: The 9th Annual Delco Turkey Trot™

Thanksgiving Morning – November 27, 2025

Join us for the BIGGEST Thanksgiving Day 5K in Delaware County!
Now in its 9th year, the Delco Turkey Trot™ is a family-friendly tradition that benefits the Nether Providence Elementary School PTO—with 100% of proceeds going directly to support students at NPE.

🏃:‍♂️ Race Options:

• 5K Road Race: for runners, walkers, and families
• 1 Mile Little Drumstick Run: perfect for younger participants
• Strollers: welcome!
• Pets: please, no pets on the course.

📅: Race Day Schedule:

• Little Drumstick Run: 8:30 AM
• 5K Road Race: 9:00 AM
• Arrival: Be sure to arrive early to allow time for parking and bib pick-up!

👕: T-Shirts:

• Registration: Register by October 31 to guarantee your official race t-shirt!
• Sizes: Youth and adult sizes available. No shirts are guaranteed after 10/31.
• Shirt Donation: All registrants receive a race t-shirt at no additional cost—but if you’d like to maximize your impact, you can choose to donate your shirt back to help us raise even more funds for the students at NPE.
• Opt-Out: Opt out of your shirt during registration to have the full value go directly to the PTO!

💲: Registration Fees:

August 6 – September 30:

• Adults (13+): $30
• Kids (12 & under): $15

October 1 – October 31:

• Adults (13+): $35
• Kids (12 & under): $20
  → LAST CHANCE to guarantee your t-shirt!

November 1 – November 23:

• Adults (13+): $40
• Kids (12 & under): $25
  → No shirt guaranteed

🏆: Prizes:

• Overall Winners: Male & Female
• Top 3: Male & Female in each age group:
• 19 & under
• 20–39
• 40–59
• 60+

📍: Parking Info:

• Moore Rd: will be closed – please use Media Parkway or Georgetown Rd.
• Limited Parking: at the school: overflow at Creekside Swim Club (half a block away on Moore Rd.)
• Street Parking: is allowed in non-course areas — please respect neighbors (no grass or driveway parking)
• Carpool: If you can, carpool, walk, or get dropped off!

• No Refunds: The race is rain or shine!
• T-Shirt Pickup: If you registered before 10/31 and can’t attend but want your shirt, you must coordinate pickup with us in advance.
