Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at HorseSensing's Ruckin' Recovery Run. It's an event like no other, and we want you to be there! Join us immediately after the race for our Fall Arts & Crafts Festival that will include:

• Pony Rides: Enjoy rides for kids!
• Kids Play Zone: Fun activities for the little ones!
• Live DJ: Music and entertainment throughout the event!
• Raffle: Chance to win a car!

🏃 Race Categories and Prizes

Race categories include:

• 5k: A fun run for everyone!
• 10k: Push your limits!
• 15k: A challenging distance!
• 15k Ruck: Paved road for rucking!

Prizes will go to the top three racers in each of the four categories. Fun for the whole family, racing not required!

Online registration: Open until October 5th and guarantees a race t-shirt! Day-of registration t-shirts will be first-come, first-serve.

📅 Race Day Information

Some race-day info:

• Rucking Recommendation: Not recommended if you have never done it before. Weight recommendations: 20LBS if you weigh less than 150LBS, and 30LBS if you weigh above 150LBS. For a lighter challenge, drop 10LBS per weight category.
• Registration Time: Begins at 7am on race day.
• Start Times: Staggered as follows:
  • 7:30am, 15k ruck
  • 8:00am, 15k run/walk
  • 8:45am, 10k run/walk
  • 9:00am, 5k run/walk
• Awards Ceremony: Will be at 10:15am.
