3rd Annual Hutto Turkey "Trail" Trot + Pajama Drive

Event Overview

Round up your turkeys and join us for the 3rd Annual Hippo Social Club Turkey "Trail" Trot on Thanksgiving morning! Choose your distance—1.1 to 3.1 miles—and come MOVE, GIVE THANKS, and CELEBRATE with friends, neighbors, and family at our post-trot party. Enjoy music, bonfire, kids zone, restoration station, sauna, cold plunge, communal interactive experiences, Hot Cocoa, Coffee—all included with your race entry.

Support The Pajama Program

• Pajama Donations: We’re collecting NEW PAJAMAS boys and girls youth small through youth XL. Pajamas do not need to be holiday-themed.
• Donation Period: Pajama donations will be accepted starting Monday, November 4th, 2025, through Thanksgiving morning.
• Impact: All new pajama donations will directly benefit The Pajama Program, a national 501C Organization.
• Incentive: This year, we’re proud to support The Pajama Program and encourage you to trot in your favorite PAJAMAS!

Race Location and Details

• Start Location: Races begin at the Hippo Social Club, 3250 Limmer Loop #5.
• Parking: Parking is available at Christ the Rock.
• Terrain: All distances will take place on wide, 100% DIRT trails. THIS IS NOT A ROAD RACE!
• Trail Conditions: The trails feature LEAVES, ROCKS, and ROOTS, so watch your footing. Be ready for changing inclines that will challenge you along the way.

Additional Information

• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly (All dogs must be leashed, and please clean up after your pup).
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are allowed at your own discretion on the course. Uneven terrain may make stroller passage challenging.
• Children: Children are welcome with parent/guardian permission and/or adult supervision, depending on your child's ability.
• Proceeds: Proceeds from the race will go toward the continued development, beautification, and maintenance of the Hippo Trails greenspace, creating a natural escape in the heart of Hutto.
