- Location: Nestled in the blue ridge mountains, the Biltmore Estate was built for George Washington Vanderbilt II between 1889 and 1895.
- Significance: The Biltmore-Kiwanis Classic races have been running on the estate since 1997 and act as the biggest fundraiser for Asheville’s Kiwanis Club.
