- Start Time: Begins at 7:00 AM.
- Course Overview: Showcases the best of Asheville, including the Brewery District and River Arts District.
- Scenic Route: Follows the French Broad River north to Beaver Lake and back to downtown.
Registration Information
- Participant Cap: Capped at 2,500 participants.
- No Race Day Registration: All registration closes August 28, 2026.
- Running for Beer: Runners will earn their beer at the finish.

Race Start Times
- Half Marathon & 10K: 7:00 AM.
- 5K: 7:05 AM.
- Awards Ceremony: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM.
- Location: Starts and finishes in Pack Square at 80 Court Plaza, Asheville, NC 28801.
Starting Instructions
- Start Line: Please be near the Start Line by 6:45 AM.
- Bib Number: Must wear your Bib Number to be allowed on the race course.
- Keep Moving: DO NOT STOP AT FINISH LINE - Keep moving onto Pack Square Park!
- Finish Festival: Join us for entertainment, vendors, food, and refreshments from 7:30 AM to 12:00 noon.
Participant Perks
- Finisher Shirt: Given to all Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K finishers.
- Pint Glass: The first 1,000 Half Marathon registrants will receive one.
- Finisher Medals: Incredible medals for all participants.

Course Details
- Course Overview: The race will run through Asheville and alongside the French Broad River.
- Challenge: Participants will face the local hills.

- Pacing: Pace groups available at the start: no sign-up required.
Additional Details
- T-Shirts: Guaranteed for participants registered before August 1st.
- Divisions: Various age categories, including Overall and Masters divisions.
- Awards: Top 3 Males and Females Overall and top finishers in each division receive awards.
- No Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Event Policies
- Time Limits: 3:00 hour limit for the Half Marathon and 1:45 for the 10K.
- No Pets: Dogs and strollers are not allowed for safety reasons.
- Medical Aid: Available at the finish line with volunteers ready to assist.
- Water Stops: Water and port-a-potties available approximately every 2 miles.
Weather and Emergency Procedures
- Rain or Shine: Races will proceed unless conditions are deemed dangerous.
- Parking: Many hotels offer accessible shuttles: check Downtown Parking Information.
- Finish Line Etiquette: Do not stop to gather your belongings: keep moving onto Pack Square Park!
- Entertainment: LIVE music will be at the Start and Finish line!
