The 2026 Ville to Ville Craft Brew Relay is Sold Out, and the waiting list is closed. Interested participants should join our email list for info on future races or check out the Ville to Ville Coastal Relay or the Ville to Ville Sprint Relay.
The Ville to Ville Relay celebrates the beautiful region from Asheville, NC to Greenville, SC. It is a 72-mile team running event traveling from the peaks to the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, through local craft breweries, and into quaint southern towns.
All teams will be required to pay a deposit of $300 during your initial registration and will have the option to pay the entire fee of $775. Teams that only pay the deposit must pay the remainder of their team fee ($475) by midnight on January 15, 2026. Teams with unpaid fees on January 16, 2026, will lose their spot in the race and their non-refundable deposit. Team rosters should be finalized by March 5, 2026. There is a 5.5% processing fee on all online payments.
Get ready to throw it back—this year’s relay theme is Saturday Morning Cartoons! Think Scooby-Doo, Rugrats, Ninja Turtles, or whatever you couldn’t wait to watch in your pajamas. Dress up, decorate those vans, and let’s bring our favorite cartoons to life out on the course!
All runners must be 21 or older to participate in the Ville to Ville Craft Brew Relay.
Be creative, but keep it classy. Your team name will appear in lots of public places, so make sure it would make your mother proud. You will submit your team name during registration, but it can be changed until March 5, 2026.
Each team will have a team captain (we will initially use the name and contact info of the person registering.) We will provide regular race information and updates for the team captain on our Captain Resources page and through monthly email newsletters. Team Captains can be transferred at any point to another person. Existing captains should email info@villetovillerelay.com and Cc the new captain if they request a captain change.
To make it to the post-race party in one day, it is mandatory to have a team pace of 11:00 minutes per mile or less. This doesn’t mean that everyone on the team has to run at this pace, but it does mean that if you have slower team members, you will need faster team members to keep your team on track.
You will estimate a team pace when you register your team with an average min/mile pace for all runners on the entire course. Final team pace estimates will be due on March 5, 2026.
This is a rain-or-shine event. The race director has the right to change the course or event in case of inclement weather or state restrictions. More details on our weather policy can be found on our team resources page.
