We’re excited to announce the very first Couples Connect 5K, happening on Valentine’s Day 2026! This brand-new event is all about celebrating love, health, and connection in a fun and active way.

• Registration: You must sign up as a “Team” to qualify for this prize.
• T-Shirt: Lock in your race T-shirt—register before January 1, 2026!

❗ Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Weather: All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.
• Extreme Conditions: If conditions turn to lightning, ice or become unsafe, the event may be cancelled.
• Changes: Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Virtual Option: If you are unable to participate in the event, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details.
