Think you and your partner have what it takes to cross the finish line together? The fastest overall couple in the Couples Connect 5K will win a one-night hotel stay at the Homewood Suite by Hilton Grand Prairie at Epic Central.

• Team Registration: You must sign up as a “Team” to qualify for this prize.
• Running Gear: Grab your running shoes, grab your partner!
• Deadline: Lock in your race T-shirt—register before February 1, 2026!
• Bring Your Spirit: Let’s see which duo comes out on top!

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.

• Weather Delays: The start time of this event may be delayed by up to a half hour in case of extreme weather.
• Course Changes: The event course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants in unsafe conditions.
• Event Cancellations: Cancellation decisions are at the discretion of the Race Director, especially in cases of lightning, ice, or other unsafe conditions.
• Packet Pickup: If you cannot participate or the event is cancelled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal and run the race on your own time.
